3 OF MY FAV PIECES OF EQUIPMENT

Whether I'm doing my at-home workouts or on the road. These 3 items are always in my gym bag! 

 

1) P. BAND There is no piece of equipment quite like this that leans out my arms. This bad-boy is patented! (hence why you cannot find it anywhere else) The P.band was made to strengthen the entire upper body using a hands-free approach to resistance training. Put on your gloves - and start to elongate the arms with every rep.

2) P.Ball Glute work without the bulk! P.Ball uses an inflated ball and attached elastic band to deeply activate and tone the glutes, thighs and core. The ball is designed to an exact diameter to fit between the thighs to fire up some muscles your body forgot it had.

3) Heavy Ankle Band The ultimate hip opener! and strengthens the hard-to-reach muscles in the lower body. The heavier resistance is tighter and challenges the lower body with less range of motion than the light ankle band. Everytime I do workouts with the heavy band it gives me a good burn.
