My Event Prep Hacks

I’m in front of a camera a lot. 

Instagram stories, campaigns, photoshoots, events… it can be a lot of pressure! Making sure I feel my best inside and out is super important to me every day but especially before events! 

I wanted to share a quick breakdown of some of my favorite event prep hacks that you all can implement anywhere in your life! Before a big meeting... a summer wedding to attend… anything!

1. 2 Day Cleanse

2. Watch What I Eat/Drink 

So this goes without saying but to feel your best on the outside, you have to feel your best on the inside too! So before events, I’ll eat super clean. No alcohol, 1 gallon of water a day, lots of tea and bone broth, too! This is the bone broth I swear by! It comes in two different flavors!

3. My Liquid Confidence

4. Facial 

A facial is always a good idea, and before events, I love to get a lymphatic drainage facial. They make me feel amazing and totally de-puff my face. If I don’t have time to go to a spa and get a facial, I love to grab my Gua-Sha or my ice roller and DIY an at-home facial!
