We all feel overwhelmed at times and perhaps have low energy due to life’s circumstances…. Sometimes it’s hard to find motivation. If you ever feel like this I recommend just trying to move your body at least a little bit! 

The thought of a 60- Minute workout can be daunting… Especially when my schedule is jam-packed.
